The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 provides great opportunity for investors. Opportunity Zones have been created across the country with the objective of connecting equity capital with economically troubled areas. Qualified Opportunity Funds are the U.S. Government’s designed investment vehicle to participate in this program. Opportunity Fund Capital Raise

Lavelle Asset Management LLC seeks to raise capital for the creation of a Qualified Opportunity Fund geographically focused on the Western Oregon and Southwest Washington regions. The fund will operate using a venture capital strategy thus taking advantage of the program’s biggest incentive: Tax-Exempt Capital Gains.
